Project overview
A role-based restaurant system connecting table service, counter sales, kitchen display, cashier, shifts and reporting.
Problem
Restaurant workflows split across waiters, kitchen, bar and cashier. Every handoff needs the same order state, clear permissions and safe payment behavior without slowing service.
Approach
The system uses a typed monorepo, transactional order and payment rules, real-time role-based rooms and dedicated surfaces for each job rather than one overloaded admin screen.
Result
A deployable operations platform supporting dine-in and self-service flows, kitchen routing, split payments, shifts, refunds and management reporting.
