Project overview
A modular school platform spanning administration, parent access, finance, payments, documents and communication.
Problem
Student records, installments, online payments, receipts, communication and consent data carry different permissions and operational risks. The platform needed clear boundaries without fragmenting the school’s daily work.
Approach
The product is structured as modular frontend and backend applications with role-based access, audit logging, queued notifications and payment flows that never persist card data.
Result
A scalable foundation for administration, teachers, finance staff and parents with security and traceability treated as product requirements.
